Disney Junior Appisodes App Reviews

So expensive! But I knew my daughter would like it so I went forward. Lost all of my appisodes and the money that was spent. This is a great idea but there are just sooo many issues with it that have not been resolved!

First, the pricing on the appisodes are just ridiculous! BUT I decided to give one a try as my child really enjoys the free Mickey one, needless to say after paying the outrageous price the appisode wouldnt even download and I had a request a refund through Apple. If you want to charge a ridiculous price, at least ensure people can get what they paid for. Im a huge Disney fan, as is my child, but I am very disappointed with this app.

Got a new iPhone and lost all my in app purchases it just errors out please fix this ASAP

This app has been broken for a month now. I have multiple appisodes purchased but cant retrieve them. Cant purchase new ones either. Many people experiencing the same problem. How has this not been addressed?

Wish there was a negative star rating like -3. Apps look like they are $4.99 now but I have to repurchase apps I already bought?

Im so disappointed in Disney for not addressing the issues with this app.

I purchased two separate episodes for my daughter and they wont load I just get an error but I was changed. I want a refund. Ridiculous.

I have had the appisode app for almost a year and never had a problem. I own 7 appisodes. They have gone up in price. I brought a few when I first got it and a few more when they had a sale. I noticed they just drop the price to 4.99. I dont know if it is a sale but I picked up two more. Disney is expensive. My daughter likes to view, play them. She even enjoys going to the store to pretend to play the ones she doesnt have. My 4 year old enjoys them too. I hope they make one soon for pj masks. My 3 year old loves that shows.

My daughter had several of the appisodes are our iPad. Tonight I went to add another one and an error came up. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now we have access to zero of them that I paid for.

I have spent almost $30 on appisodes for my son, but theyve disappeared and I get an error message when trying to restore them! Consider this app a FRAUD.

I bought two appisodes and the first one downloaded and worked just fine. The second one I tried to download and I kept getting an error message. Then I uninstalled reinstalled thinking that would help and now I cant restore my two appisodes. I get the same error message I got before. I paid $4.99 each for two appisodes just so my kid could not play with them. Please fix because my son loves this app.

My daughter just loves the appisodes. Now if you would just make a PJ Masks one she would be so happy.

This app will not open or restore any of my MANY purchases I have made on appisodes for my son who is autistic and non verbal and loved this app before it stopped working. I contacted Disney and still no help restoring purchases which are about $7 a piece!! Very upsetting

Its been over two months, no help from support.

Bought second episode would not download. Deleted app and tried to reload. Now I lost both episodes I paid for. Looks like I am not the first.

Maybe its my old iPad 2 but this app is no longer functional in the latest release. It crashes all the time. And if I try to restore previously purchased appisodes it gives me SKErrordomain (0) error message. Thanks Disney for making my kids cry. I hate you

I am sorry to have to add my name to the list of unhappy customers,but we had previously purchased 7 of the appisodes and now they have mysteriously all disappeared, as well. When we try to restore, we get some SKerror domain 0 message. AWFUL! my 5 year old is VERY disappointed! Also, very difficult to get any help with this issue. No resolution so far. Will NOT be purchasing any more in the future as these are expensive.

Disney, you really need to get this SK Domain 0 error fixed. A couple quick google searchs clearly explains this is the applications issue. Its not right to issue an application that takes so many peoples money. I did get a response from you, Disney and you suggested I ask for a refund from Apple. Thats rediculous. There are a lot of reviewers here that have spent hard earned money and their kids enjoy the appisodes. Do the right thing and get this fixed. This is a really bad reflection of the Disney name.

Up until my most recent purchase I would have rated this app with a 4 star (only negative being the cost of each game). However, I bought one as a potty training reward for my son and it did not download completely yet charged me the $4.99. I followed all the links and directions in the app and on the Disney Jr. Website to try to report the problem and just kept getting rerouted to the start of the process. I left a message on the Disney Jr FB page with pics and got no response. Im thankful that the iTunes support has been helpful in refunding the purchase price but now Im leery about purchasing any others. I thought Disney Jr would be a lot more on top of customer service :(
