Well built app. The episodes are pricy but my kids love it

This app worked great but since it was updated I cannot get previously purchased Appisodes to load on my IPad and we keep getting kicked out of the app.

Just bought new app today and every thing stopped working wont download and my daughter didnt even get to play it cant restore it it took my money and disappeared so frustrating fix it or give me my money back Ill be calling my credit card company if something isnt done I dont have money to throw away

I have a grumpy and sad little girl because I will not buy her all the appisodes. I have purchased one over the years and I used to rave about this app. Now I would warn parents because I might have to delete this app. Please fix. Mitch

Its a great way to have your child interact with each episode! My daughter loves it ; however $8.99 is a little steep for each apisode. Never the less we still love it!

Unable to download appisode.keep getting error downloading. Bought appisode for $7 and cant use it. Please fix asap

As a whole, this app is great. But... Please fix the smoke clearing game in Sofias Enchanted Science Fair! It is programmed to work by blowing on the screen or clearing it away with your finger. I think the game is confused because whatever you do it glitches out and sends you to the home screen. Btw: The game is on an ipad air. Idk if that makes a difference.

Ever since the last ipad update this apps restore purchase is broke. If you have the games already installed they still work. A lot of people put good money into this disney app, and for them not fixes this issue with in 2 weeks when most free apps update weekly is very disappointing. Where did all of our money go to disney!?!?

If you purchase appisodes and have to delete the app due to it not working you will lose all your appisodes and money spent

The free game is great but the rest are way too much.

My son loves this app. I purchased a doc mcstuffins appisode for my son, I havent been able to download to any of our devices since purchased. And I refuse to pay another $8 for it not to work on another.

Apple need to remove apps that do not work or meet a certain standard....cant restore any of the prior purchases...

Another update & still cant retrieve the lost apps. This really stinks. Dont buy any of the appisodes until they get the bugs out!!!After the initial phone update came out all of the purchased appisodes are gone and you cant restore nor rebuy them. Apple says its the developers problem & Disney is unreachable. Very disappointing in a multi billion dollar company !! Hopefully they are working on fix as a lot of us have lost lots of money. Shame on Disney & apple as they both have the money & tech support staff to he this handled!!! Can you say lawsuit?

I have bought 8 of these shows just for them to disappear! At 6.99 which ends up being 7.01 once you text me, your response of try this and if that doesnt work, we just dont know what to do, is bs. How about you fix the problem or give me my 56.08 back! Which I also tried to just buy one of the episodes again and you as hell took my money but still no episode, its nit even acting like its going to download!

We love appisodes, but the apps are very pricey and some games are overwhelming for my little boys. We still enjoy though and Im glad that you can download them on each device. I saw people had problems, go to the for grown-ups section in the app and restore purchases

This app was fine until we tried to download a new appisode after the latest update. I get an error message that Apple cant explain, and zero support from Disney at all. Now my money has been wasted because I cant access the in-app purchases I paid for.

Shows an error! Please fix. Have paid for appisodes and everything worked great up until about Aug when there was an update and now even new purchased appisodes wont download and old ones got erased. Ive contacted Disney and they say its an Apple error. Please fix my kids love this app and I am upset that I paid money only to have it stop working and lose all my appisodes. UPDATE:: months (5) have gone by and still no fix. This is a Disney problem and Ive done everything they required but still no fix!!! Apple & Disney get this right!!!!
